Large Tubbi - Red, Black, Orange, Blue and Yellow Green
The new Large Tubbi knockbox replaces the previous Cafelat Knockbox and features the same shape as the much-loved original Tubbi Knockbox. The larger size is a scaled up version of the small Tubbi so don't worry the lovely proportions are still there. The size is almost the same as the old large knockbox and holds around 30 double pucks.
As with the current Tubbi knockbox (mid 2012 onwards), this large Tubbi features a press fit silicone gasket on the bottom which means you can strip it down and clean it however you want, wash it by hand or put it in the dishwasher.
This is the knockbox to have if you think the Tubbi is a bit too small and it comes in 5 great colours.

WoodThis is our new very high quality basic and economical espresso tamper. The handle is made from Rubber Wood, which is commonly used for a lot of wooden children's toys and other kitchen utensils. It is then given a durable lacquer finish. We also chose rubber wood because it is made from sustainable rubber trees.

- Hang the main section (without backing plate) directly onto a wall – the back has a V-shaped cut out which means you hook it over a single pan-head screw.
- Screw the mounting plate to a wall using the 2 wall plugs which are included in the box. Slide the main section firmly down onto the backing plate locking it in place.
- Using the 3M double sided sticker (included) you may mount the backing plate to a flat surface such as the side of a grinder or espresso machine.

The Cafelat one piece tamping stand is an alternative to those who want all the components in 1 tidy package.
Once tamping stands were seen as being unnecessary and a bit silly, but now since the introduction of the old Bumper Classic Stand in 2006 tamping stands are seen as a must have accessory for home and professional use. They keep the portafilter steady for tamping and keep the spouts from ever touching the table top, which in turn keeps coffee grounds from ever touching the spouts and from accidently ending up in the cup.
The stand is especially useful for when using a single spout on your portafilter or when using a bottomless portafilter.
The stand consists of a brushed stainless steel frame covered entirely by a durable rubber coating.
